In short

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising. Fonts and code libraries are loaded from our own server. We only process personal data when you send us an inquiry, and as technically necessary when you visit the pages.

Visiting the website (server log files)

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit, the server stores technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser identifier) in log files to run the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Inquiry form and e-mail

If you send us an inquiry via the form or by e-mail, we use your details (name, e-mail address, travel dates, message) only to answer it and, where applicable, to handle your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form stores nothing on the server; the inquiry is only sent to us as an e-mail. We delete the data when it is no longer needed, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Maps on the tour pages

The interactive maps on the tour pages load map tiles from Esri (Esri Inc., Redlands, USA; server.arcgisonline.com). Your IP address is transmitted to Esri, including to the USA. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting the tours clearly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The maps are only loaded on the tour pages.

Weather, webcam and availability calendar

Weather data (Open-Meteo) and the availability calendar (Booking.com) are fetched by our server; your browser has no contact with these services. The webcam only shows the landscape above the valley, no people.

Links to Komoot, Booking.com and other sites only connect you to these providers when you click them; their privacy policies apply there.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please write to info@schoenblickweg.at.
